Terms of service
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to play and at least 18 to broadcast live, receive gifts as a creator or request a payout. By using Ludotok you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Accounts
Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts for cheating, abuse, fraud or chargebacks.
3. Virtual items
Gold, Diamonds, Tickets, skins and other items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value except as stated for creator Earnings, and may change. Gold is never withdrawable.
4. Gifts and earnings
A gift is a payment for an animation shown to a creator. Creators receive a share as Earnings under the rates shown in the game. Payouts require verification and are available only where lawful.
5. Fair play
Do not use bots, exploits or multiple accounts in the same match. Rolls are provably fair; disputes are settled from the match log.
6. Content and conduct
No harassment, hate, sexual content, or illegal activity in chat or on video. Streams are moderated and may be cut.
7. Liability
Ludotok is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the game 14 days in advance.
